At Rennen Imports Inc., we strive to create the best work environment for our employees and protect our environment for our community and our children.  We have taken the following steps in an effort to become Green:

• Minimize the liquids we use and discharge. We use the most environmentally friendly product available to do the job. For example, we have replaced our petroleum naphtha solvent sink with an aqueous-based parts washer.
• We clean up spills immediately and do not use absorbents such as kitty litter, rice hulls, and dry sweep.
• When possible we order motor oil, anti-freeze, and other fresh fluids in bulk, rather than in multiple, individual containers.
• We have replaced our brake cleaner spray cans with refillable spray containers.  It is our goal to eliminate the use of all other spray cans.
• We are in the process of replacing our T-12 bulbs and fixtures with T-8s whenever feasible to produce good lighting with lower energy use.
• We have motion sensors installed to shut off lights in rooms that are not in constant use throughout the work day.
